You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

tukuls.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

tukuls.com provides a software platform that enables users to:

• List, manage, and market rental properties and lodgings.
• Search, compare, and book accommodations.
• Generate and sign leases electronically.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and auto-pay transactions.
• Manage tenants, guests, and maintenance requests.

tukuls.com is not a real estate broker, landlord, travel agency, or financial institution.

Users agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information.
• Protect their login credentials.
• Notify tukuls.com of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Property owners and managers agree that:

• They have legal authority to list properties.
• Listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• They comply with local housing, zoning, and hospitality laws.
• Pricing and availability are truthful and up-to-date.

tukuls.com reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

6.1 Short-Term Lodging

tukuls.com facilitates bookings between guests and hosts.

A binding agreement is formed between the host and guest upon confirmation.

6.2 Rental Agreements

tukuls.com may provide smart lease templates for digital execution.

tukuls.com is not a party to any lease agreement and assumes no liability.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.1 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with their terms.

7.2 Fees

tukuls.com may charge:

• Subscription fees
• Service fees
• Transaction fees
• Listing fees

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes.

8.1 Subscription Plans

Users may subscribe to paid plans on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

8.2 Auto-Pay Authorization

By enrolling in auto-pay, you authorize tukuls.com to charge your selected payment method automatically.

8.3 Failed Payments

tukuls.com reserves the right to:

• Suspend services for non-payment.
• Retry failed transactions.
• Charge applicable late fees.

9.1 Cancellation by User

Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle.

9.2 Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Access to premium features will be revoked.
• Data will be retained for 30 days to allow export.
• After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted, except where required by law.

9.3 Termination by tukuls.com

tukuls.com may terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse of the Platform.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Booking refunds are governed by each host's cancellation policy.

Hosts are responsible for setting cancellation policies. These may include:

• Flexible
• Moderate
• Strict
• Non-refundable

tukuls.com is not liable for disputes arising from cancellations.

Users agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Post fraudulent or misleading information.
• Engage in harassment or discrimination.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform.
• Circumvent payment systems.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

All content on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, and software—is owned by tukuls.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Your use of the Platform is governed by the tukuls.com Privacy Policy. tukuls.com implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Mapping services
• Identity verification services

tukuls.com is not responsible for third-party services.

tukuls.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

tukuls.com shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures are legally binding.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tukuls.com regarding use of the Platform.
